Construction:
Trayveyor features stainless steel frame and base construction for low maintenance and ease of cleaning. A PLC precisely controls the sealer for maximum output.
Conveyors and Sealing Sleeve:
Trayveyor is designed for flat-flanged plastic, paperboard, foam and aluminum trays. The tray carriers are made of anodized aluminum for durability. The Rotary Heat Seal roll is silicone rubber polymer material to provide the proper surface for effective tray sealing.
